The Anne Frank House is a museum at 20 Westermarkt in Amsterdam in memory of Anne Frank and her Jewish family who went into hiding during the Second World War. The museum was built around their hiding place Het Achterhuis at Prinsengracht 263, where Anne Frank wrote her famous diary.
