Chef Simo Bouabgha (1978) started cooking at an early age with his grandma Horra in the sunny south of Morocco. In that area, cooking is pure tradition. He perfected his arts in Trez (Amsterdam) and Club 13 (Barcelona). He reinforced his name as head chef at Kaap Kot aan de Amstel and afterward the renowned Trouw Amsterdam. He launched Mister de Wit in November 2015.
