Drive to the reception point at Kiesheckerweg 132-142, 40468 Düsseldorf, where trained staff will greet you. The equipped shuttle van provides a complimentary, safe, and swift transfer to the terminal, just 3 minutes away. When you return, simply call them from the baggage carousel, and the shuttle bus will promptly take you back to your vehicle.
For added convenience, request child seats or assistance with luggage from the friendly staff.
Additional Information: - Shuttle Service: Up to 8 people included. €5 surcharge per additional person. - Valet Service: €30 surcharge for minivans, motorhomes, or oversized vehicles. - Electric car charging available for €40. - Weekend reservation changes or alterations within 24 hours before the trip should be communicated directly to Park Luxus. - All cars over 4.50 m cost 40 € extra - All cars with unregistered license plates when booking or incorrect license plates cost 25 € extra - Delays. Every 1 hour costs 15 € staff costs. - Surcharge for late returns can be settled in cash on-site.
