Nantes Atlantique Airport, formerly known as Aéroport Château Bougon, is an international airport serving Nantes, France. It is located 8 kilometers away from the city, in Bouguenais. The Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Nantes operates the airport. It is currently the third-largest airport in the west of France with a maximum capacity of three million passengers a year. The airport handled 7,221,000 passengers in 2019. Approximately 4,000 parking spaces are accessible at the airport, all located in separate parking lots, classified as P0, P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, and P6. There are short-term and long-term parking choices usable in these places, as well as parking spots for disabled drivers or vehicles carrying a person with disabilities.
MOBIAN offers a variety of parking possibilities near Nantes Atlantique Airport which can be reserved online. Check the availability and prices via the MOBIAN booking tool, located on this page.
Short term parkingThe P2, P3, P4, P5, and P6 car parking areas are better used for short-term stays because they are more costly than the other two accessible zones. They're also situated next to the terminal site. Nantes Airport's parking areas involve both covered and uncovered places, with places covered, like P4, are marginally costlier. Airport parking facilities are typically under video monitoring. They might have security guards, but parking areas are used at the passenger's own expense because airport officials are not accountable for any damage or failure sustained in airport parking lots.
France Airports permits travelers to avail of a drop off at the terminal exits so that you can name such locations as 'drop-off points.' You must not park here, so it can only be used for a minute or two as travelers exit the car and unload their luggage. The driver would ideally sit in the vehicle and will never leave the car unattended for some reason whatsoever. The third-party will be available to help the passenger with the unloading, if appropriate, since the airport provides a free 30-minute parking spot in each of the parking facilities. The passengers and their luggage must be stored and removed from the car parks. It often gives sufficient flexibility for farewells, or to wait for passengers to arrive. Nantes Parking facilities are ideal and open to all airport passengers, although some of the facilities may even be pre-booked.
Long stay parkingThere are ten parking lots with one enclosed parking area linked to the terminal building by a paved walkway (P4). Long-stay parking space is suggested for more than five days: P0 East, P0 West, P1 East, P1 South: €44 for five days.
P0 and P1 are long-stay parking zones that are priced a bit lower than other zones. But, passengers who leave their car at the airport for a month or longer may think of setting up a 'subscription' parking permit, which would be less costly than the regular parking fee. You will receive the parking pass via mail. In any of the parking areas, the first half-hour of parking is accessible completely free. At first, you will have to pay for each hour of parking, and then for each day of parking.
